Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 27th, 2008 and join AlphaWomen.com as we participate in the 2008 Komen Chicago Race For The Cure!

AlphaWomen.com is sponsoring a booth and we are also forming an AlphaWomen.com team to join the race! We need a minimum of 10 people to form our team and we are hoping to reach our goal of having 100 AlphaWomen.com members particpate!

This year, Susan G. Komen For the Cure® celebrates the 25th
Anniversary of the Komen Race for the Cure®, the largest series of 5K
runs/fitness walks in the world. In 25 years, the Komen Race for the
Cure® has grown from one local Race with 800 participants in Dallas,
Texas, to a series of more than 120 Races with over 1 million people
expected to participate in 2008, including over 10,000 in Chicago. Up
to seventy-five percent (75%) of the net proceeds from the signature
fundraiser, Komen Chicago Race for the Cure® stays in the Chicago
metropolitan area to promote and finance breast cancer initiatives.

Join us at Grant Park in downtown Chicago at 8:30am to take a step forward in ending breast cancer forever!
